Filter property
You can use the Filter property to specify a subset of records to be displayed when a filter is applied to a form, report, query, or table.
For example if we want to find all the records that have "Null" in the field 'gui_option_text', we can apply the filter in this way

Alphabet Sorting:
Just like any of the other Office products, you can sort the data in Microsoft Access. Select the field in the table you want to alphabetize. Then do the following from Records Menu
